Can't log in to emaila; Access denied + massive error message. (I am based in Australia)
This is the message I get when logging in.
ACCESS DENIED. You don't have permission to access (removed) on this server.

FRUSTRATINGLY, I have talked to about 5 different agents via the "help" line . Each call ( from Australia) taken 30 minutes + and to be fair the agent has followed the script and each time got to the change password section which each time did not allow me to log in. Each time they have said a specialist would call me, or phone back and I wil have it sorted and each time no call back, no way I can talk to same agent and no solution to my dilema. I hve left it a few weeks in case one of the promises to fix it have been keept but still can't retieve my emails.Some are important to me.
Anyone had the problem and how did you solve it, did you ?

Others have reported the same issue when trying to access their accounts when not in the UK, you could try a VPN to see if that works for you.

@g20000 it's most likely linked to the IP address you're connecting from. Try a different connection, or a VPN as @caesarome posted. Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-yahoo-mail-error-access-denied
