Just bought a new laptop, running windows 11, and all was working fine. Now when I try to sign in to my sky account it just keeps returning to the home page without allowing me to sign in. Still works fine on my old laptop and phone. Any ideas?

Clearing your browser cache (cookies, temporary internet files etc) should fix that. Be sure to close all Sky websites before clearing the cache.
Alternatively use a different browser, or use your brower's incognito/privacy mode to see if you can then log in ok.

The sky.com homepage? I suspect it's returning to the homepage to ask you to sign in?

Nothing. I click on log in button, little circle spins round and home page just reloads again.
