Can’t access sky email address

I can't access my old sky email, I have the email and password but it is also asking me to send a text message to an old phone number no longer accessable. Any ideas

If you've set up 2 step login, you can use your Recovery Code to turn it off. Sky recommended you keep a separate note of the Recovery Code when it was generated.

If you didn't, you'll have to contact Sky and after verifying your identity they'll be able to switch off 2 step login on your behalf. It may take a while for that to be completed. You can then set it up again, if you wish, with your new mobile number.
