Can’t access emails

I am unable to access emails. Sent for verification codes and nothing is coming through

@Griffithsn use your Recovery Code to deactivate 2 step verification.

 

If you didn't make a note of it, you'll have to call Sky to ask them to deactivate it on your behalf.

If the verification code isn't coming through then all you need to do is to sign in with the recovery code you ticked a box to say you had made a note of when setting 2FA up.
