Can’t access email on laptop Control character in cookie value or attribute

I have not been able to access my emails from my laptop for a few days - no problem previously and no problem from my phone. Getting a message Control character in cookie value or attribute. I've deleted my cookies, asked the Sky bot and searched k line but the help pages suggested are unavailable.

Yes I've tried that but just discovered another place to delete and specify a time period- it worked when I specified 'all time'

As well as clearing the cookies have you also tried clearing the browsers cache then closing down and loading up the browser again ?

All time means it will delete everything so glad you have it working now.
