Can't Preview Email Attachments.

I am not able to preview any attachments in my inbox using Sky Yahoo Mail. Have tried different browsers. The attachments are accessible once downloaded. This is a very recent problem. Have followed various tutorials on YouTube without success. Please can anyone advise what I need to do to regain the preview feature on the emailed attachments. Many thanks.
