Can no longer retrieve emails earlier than 2022
Hi
Last week I had to try and find a receipt for products bought in November 2020. I had checked previously and been able to view them.
Now I can't seem to see any emails earlier than 2022, it just freezes and won't scroll back any further.
Anyone else having this issue??

If this is happening online then you could try putting in a restore request via this link:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2552.html
If they are restored then it would be advisable not to store all your emails in your inbox if this is where they were located, but instead set up separate folders to keep them in.
