CANNOT ACCESS SKY EMAIL FOR A WEEK

URGENT - I HAVE NO ACCESS TO SKY EMAIL FOR A WEEK. I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME HELP FROM SKY.

@DOUG17  No one from Sky will contact you on the back of a community post, no one at Sky will know who you are from your communuty login.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@DOUG17 if you're suffering from the same problem as a number of others with non receipt of your 2FA Verification Code, you can use your Recovery Code to turn off 2FA temporarily in order to access your email account.
