I do not know if any other emails are being returned but this is one I was waiting for and chasing that how I knew about it. Please can you help?

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Have you followed the advice in the email and contact this recipient by other means to tell them that emails being sent to them are being bounced as it appears from that message it is something they would have to look into.

I am the recipient, this is the bounce back message they sent me after trying to email me for four days

And were there any more details than you posted originally?
Was it possibly from a hotmail address?

Yes the email was being sent to my sky email. The bounce back message was then sent to my old BT email so that I can try to sort it out. Thanks @Caesarome

I have recently been having issues receiving emails from Hotmail addresses. It is affecting. All my contacts with Hotmail. Are you aware of this issue as I have seen other threads from other users experiencing the same issue?

No I am not aware of this issue however the email that the bounce back message refers to is not from a hotmail account.

Hi, no I did not sort the issue. I was going round and round in circles trying to get help so posted here in the hope someone could help but nothing. I am using an old BT email now for that sender but in reality I do not know if I am missing other emails.
