Blocked account. Old

Hi. I have a very old account that I still use as my main email address. I haven't used the sky account for years but still have the email. 
iv gone on today and it's blocked, iv called sky and they can't help as I cannot remember the details to the old addresses. It was working fine until yesterday. They have told me to ask on her for any help.

Unfortunately, unless you can pass security, they will be unable to unlock the account.

No idea why they would think we could help.
