Hi. I have a very old account that I still use as my main email address. I haven't used the sky account for years but still have the email. iv gone on today and it's blocked, iv called sky and they can't help as I cannot remember the details to the old addresses. It was working fine until yesterday. They have told me to ask on her for any help. can anyone help? Thanks
