Blank screen and no sound

At least once a week my sky puck doesn't work. Every channel has a blank screen and no sound. The only way to rectify is to turn off WiFi and unplug the puck. It's getting annoying as it happens so often. Anyone else have this and know why it would keep happening?

Read all the recent posts all saying similar issues, some are seeing it in apps some just on the menu some on live streams but all similar issues and all just in the last week.  Something is up with sky and as per usual they do nothing and say nothing.

Having been a longtime Virgin Media customer this is my first experience of sky and I have to say I'm not impressed. I will be leaving as soon as my contract has ended.

You aren't tied to a contract with stream they don't like to advertise it but the contracts run month to month so you should be able to give them a months notice.  I want to go to virgin too but you apparently need to have their fibre broadband too so I can until my current fibre contract expires.

I have to agree. I was with Virgin for a long time and they offered me a good deal but I went with Sky anyway. Seriously regretting it. I only joined in July and I'm already on my second puck (different issue) and this one has been fine for a few weeks until this weekend.
