@Chamberlain+Lyn  Sky/Yahoo email accounts are no longer being offered, you won't be able to create a 2nd email account 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you want another email address then you can set one up at Gmail (Google) or Outlook.com (Microsoft).
