Good Afternoon,
I am currently unable to add my email account to my mobile phone. I had to reset my email password a few days ago and Outlook prompted me for the new password, however it wouldn't accept it. Following that, I removed the email account from my phone and attempted to re-add it, however this doesn't work and I'm presented with an error 'We are unable to process your request at this time'. I can sign in to view my emails from a web browser, but it won't allow me to add the account to any mail applications, Outlook for Android, Samsung Mail, Yahoo Mail etc. Seems to happen on any phone that you try it on.
Has anybody come across anything similar?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen adding the account to the Outlook app don't use your usual password but instead login in here and generate yourself a 16 digit password and use this as well:

Make sure the acciunt is set up as "Other" and not Yahoo and use these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

This solved the issue for myself too.
Got a new phone yesterday and this was doing my head in. Come across your post today and got it sorted in 5 minutes.
