Add yahoo mail app to desktop computer

Have logged into email with edge and when querying how to install app on computer it states below message, however unable to find menu clicked on settings and nothing there also more and nothing about apps

Using Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge and visit Yahoo Mail.
2. Sign in.
3. Menu → Apps → Install this site as an app.
4. Name it “Yahoo Mail” → Install.

It might  be easier to use Outlook if you have this already installed to use this as those instructions appear to be for a Yahoo email address and not a Sky one which might why you can find it when logged into your online Sky email account.
