Add another email address

I don't want to add another email address just in case i need to reset my password. I can't access emails othrwise. is there a way around this?

@Fisher28  Is this on your Sky/Yahoo email account or your SKy account?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The reset email for either your Sky email address or your Sky account should go to the address you have setup on yoiur account here:

Are you currently unable to access your account?

Having a secondary recovery email address is advisable.
