When trying to log in to my emails I get a message saying account Problem. It gives me a phone number but calling it gets a message saying the number can't be linked to my account. There are no other links to helping sorry this issue so I can't solve it.

I am getting this problem too. It happens both when signing in via an email app and when using sky webpage. Any ideas what to try next?

Yes I've tried both. The number is an automated service that just directs to online help pages.

If you get a bot and is asks if you want to go online or receive a text message then try saying No.
If you do get through to someone don't mention that this appears when you try to access your email but instead just say your Sky account otherwise they might (wrongly) tell you to go to Yahoo.

When I dial the number it says it can't link to an account and then hangs up

I have started seeing that same problem today and have already spent 40 minutes talking on the phone with Sky.
I tried logging in on a different device but see the same issue.
I have two-factor authentication enabled now, but I didn't when I first saw the problem.
I can still successfully sign in to my Sky using my skyid.
@Lynn49 @Richard156 Did you resolve the problem?

I was still getting the Account Problem error message when trying to access Yahoo mail from within My Sky this morning.
I decided to logout and change my SKYID password and that resolved the problem for me.
