I accidentally deleted yahoo email app from phone , reinstalled and now cannot access my yahoo sky emails, I have been told it's an issue with gmail and nothing to do with sky ??

anyone able to assist as spent over an hour on phone to be told nothing sky can do to assist

What is happening when you login to the Yahoo email app ?

I really have to wonder who told you that? (unless you were using the Gmail app and not the Yahoo app)

Yep, I'm also struggling to understand what Gmail has to do with it......
