Access via web link / generic Yahoo log in page

Hello all. I don't know if I'm the only person having this issue, but would welcome some help or advice.

I was signed up for 2FA before it became mandatory, and have no issues with that other than the 'remember for thirty days' not always working.

I've been using a link saved to my favourites for access to my emails - the one often posted by users on here. However, since last week it seems to 'expire' ie it works for a few days and then reverts to a generic Yahoo log in page rather than the Sky/Yahoo log in page. That's extremely annoying! It happens at random after 3/4 days of use, at different times of the day.

It always worked fine until something changed last week. Does anybody have any hints or tricks to stop this happening or know why it has started to happen?

Second question. Could/should I just leave emails 'logged in' on a tab during the day rather than closing down (but not logging out)? Would that work or would it just require me to reenter my credentials after a period anyway?

Habevyou tried clearing your browser's cache then closed it down and signed in again to see if then only defaults to the Sky login page ?

If you do not logout you should remain logged in for 30 days if you ticked the remember box when logging in.

I have seen no problems like you are describing. I have one tab in my browser logged into Sky email all the time and it seems to stay logged in even through power shutdowns. (unlike the forum login, I have to do that multiple times a day))

I don't think it has ever lasted a full 30 days, but it definitely goes for some time.

I think the best login prompt to save in your favourites would be https://sky.com/signin/email/ if that is not what you are using, perhaps give it a try.
