2 Accounts on 2 Step Verification

I am the main sky user on the account. I have a @Sky.com email user.

We also set my wife up with a @Sky.com user.

When i log in i get a message re 2 step verification, i can enter the relevant code.

Over the last couple of days my wife has started to get the you need to enter 2 step verification, but the code also comes to me.

Am assuming that this is because i am the named acount holder with sky but its rather annoying and inconvenient, is there a way to resolve so she gets her own messages?

@Blueboy1210 does your wife gave her own username and password, separate from yours?

If so, she could try the process here to change the number: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

I haven't tried this since 2FA become mandatory again, so I'm not sure whether this process still works.....

Yes there should be.

The first step would be to log into sky.com with her email address and password (make sure you are logged out, or use a different browser). She will need to use your number to get the 2FA code.

Then she should use this link to update her phone number, it may need another 2FA code to your number before she can add her own.

Do let us know how you get on.
