Access to email on apps, but can login through sky.com

I cannot get access to email on apps, but can login through sky.com.  I have reset my password and all works fine when I log in to my account on the Sky website, but the mail app (which is fully up to date) on my phone cannot connect.  How can I resolve this?

You probably,just need to use an app password, rather than your Sky password, in your apps' email setup.
