Access to email account

I am trying to access my emails on a new laptop - my authorisation code is going to an old mobile and i have never recd a recovery code - stuck trying to access account - any thoughts ?

The Recovery Code is displayed on screen when you set up 2 step verification  with a recommendation that you make a separate note of it. It's also sent to your email account. If you didn't make a note of it,  you'll have to contact Sky and they'll be able to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf. It's unlikely to be instant though.
