6 digit verification code not sent

Entered my email address and my password ok, but do NOT receive 6 digit verification code to access email. Any ideas ?

@champions25 seems to be a few Sky Yahoo Mail users with the same problem. I'd suggest using your Recovery Code to turn off 2 step verification for the time being. Once the issue is fixed, you can set it up again.

@brandy5 I assume you mean your Verification Code.  The first and last few digits of the mobile number the code will be sent to are displayed on screen.  Do you recognise them?

If you do recognise the 3 numbers shown onscreen as being part of your mobile number then check your messaging apps spam folder.
