The Recovery Code was displayed on screen when you set up 2 step verification, with a recommendation by Sky that you make a separate note of it. It was also send to your Sky email address.

Re: 2 step verification
Oh dear, I have no recollection of that. Furthermore, my mobile is going back as is my work emails. Does this mean I need to start again with a new email address?

Not to worry. As long as you still have the mobile that the Verification Codes are currently going to, you should be able to change the number via the 'online account manager' There's a link to the online account manager in blue in this help guide: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

2 step verification issue
So here's the issue. My verification code comes through to my work email to access Yahoo. My verification code is sent to my work email address.
At some point in the near future I am leaving work and will have no access to this. What do I do to edit my signing in process affectively? If this is not possible please let me know so I don't waste time trying to sort this out, thanks!

@JillGallagher I've added your posts to this thread. See my replies below. It's best not to post in multiple threads as it causes confusion.
