2 step verification text message not recieving

hi

I'm trying to access my Sky emails on my laptop. To do this I have to complete the 2 step verification where Sky sends a text message to my iphone so I can then type in the 6 digit code.

The issue is that I never recieve the text message.

All my other text messages work flawlessly. I've even tried putting my SIM card into an android phone, but still no text message.

Any help would be appreciated.

Has this been working up to now for you so have you received these verification texts from Sky up to now or is this the first time you have used it with your Sky email account ?
