I have had problems using my MS Outlook client on and off for years now and the 16 digit password generator sorts it out. The password must have expired as it is no longer working. When I try to generate a new password the link says something is wrong. Any help please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe 16 digit password doesn't expire so what is happening when you go to use Outlook, what error message is being thrown up ?
