had sky fibre upgrade yesterday, now the wired ethernet LAN no longer connects. wired LAN consists of3 PC's, sky Q box, printer and NAS, connected via 2x NETGEAR 5 Port Gigabit Network Switch GS305 which was working fine with the previous sky hub SR203. Have tried direct connection bypassing 5 port hubs but nothing connects either with DHCP or static ip's Wireless lan is working fine

thanks for the swift reply. I think I have found the problem, the connection between the 2x 5 port hubs looks to have been damaged during re siting of the new sr203 hub from the old sky max ER115 hub, (I am absolutely not blaming the engineer for yarking(technical term) the cable, but unfortunately the cable runs between floors and inside walls, so I have ordered a 20m one from amazon to test the theory

Re: wired ethernet connection not working after sky fibre installation
@aljowsey If you have tried multiple devices connected direct to the Hub Ethernet and not anything is working, have you tried powering down the hub, and you dont have anything set on parental controls to disable, etc
You may just have a faulty hub, but with the fact that the wan port is up that is just odd.
