@wilson+1  Yiu are not talking to Sky, nothing will happen on the back of a forum post.

 

You will need to provide far more information for the forum to help, likewise if you called Sky they would need more info befoe they consider sending an engineer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
