Our wifi has never been super great or reliable but workable until recently and now its just non functioning Sky checks say its good ??! Everything takes ages to download if at all, zoom calls glitch and /or get cut off, Alexa cuts out.
I've moved the box in the living room up a bit and theres nothing blocking the signal and it has 3 green lights.

Re: wifi
@ridpath your hub needs to be out in the open and above obstructions like radiators that you have moved the hub is sensible but think if it could be better. Each house is different due to layout and the type of construction so a small older property with solid walls can be more of an issue than a larger modern open plan home.
WiFi can be affected by interference so as a start reboot the hub as that should make it find the channel with the least competition. If you still have issues consider upgrading the system by buying Sky's WiFi Max bundle https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buying your own whole home wifi set up - you are not limited to Sky's own kit.
