'PPPoA' and those very asymmetric line speeds indicate you are on one of the last remaining ADSL connections: that's now the oldest, slowest and almost entirely obsolete broadband technology.

 

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate what might be available as an upgrade.

Incidentally your Hub is receiving 6.6Mbs and uploading at 0.75Mbs (which is entirely plausible for ADSL2+ at around three kilometres from the telephone exchange) : the additional speed drop is probably down to local WiFi.
