wifi slow or doesn’t connect

i have had this issue now for weeks i'm resetting my hub every day and nothing changes. i'm really not happy with the service im receiving considering im meant to be having super fast broadband.

I was going to post this exact same thing. I have the sky booster to help it and we're still getting ridiculous levels of ping and low connectivity.

I have a slow wifi. I run a test on it and it leads me through lots of steps to solve it but it doesn't make a difference. A Sky person on the phone tested it and said it was fine. 

 

Sorry but if I am downloading a program and watching it from the start I should not catch up with the downloading file. I start downloading, start watching when able and I catch up sometimes after maybe 10 mins and have to wait.

 

I have not really complianed as I decided to get Full Fibre. However Sky do not seem interested in Comms installations as they pass it to BT and they Pass it to Openreach. Open Reach are useless. Trying to get permission from the builder of the house from 42 years ago! I contqcted the council and they said it was them. I told Openreach but they were not interested. So I cannot have Full Fibre. 

 

Now I am looking into another Comms Supplier, and maybe TV as well
