wifi problems

my sky wifi is still dropping in and out - I'm not unplugging it and plugging it back in anymore. please book me an engineer for wednesday or something or look remotely and tell me what the issue is

@Kelly-h- You either have to call sky to do that, or run the diagnostic service and if it finds anything may allow you to book an Engineer!
