Hi, I have a problem with your internet in my home. The wifi keeps disconnecting frequently. The speed of the wifi sometimes goes down to 0.34 download mbps, and 12.3 upload mbps, whereas when buying your wifi it said that it should have up to 60mbps. It has never reached up to 60mbps, it is always lower. My main problem with the wifi is that consistently turns off, and it says it is connected a lot of the time when its not because nothing loads or works, websites take a long time to open or they dont open at all. Because of this, many of the devices in my house dont work properly. Pleas help fix this problem as soon as possible.
Regards

60Mbs would be the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed: that's the speed delivered to the router over cabling from the internet, and entirely different to WiFi speed broadcast from the router to wireless devices within the property.

Im having the same issue. I do get 450mbps but the connection drops/fails often. The channel selection is set to Auto and ive tried other channels but to no avail. The PS5 in particular has a lot of issues with the wifi dropping and being unplayable/not playable. I think it is a hardware problem with the router and would require a new one.

The wifi disconnects frequently, and the devices completely stop working. This has just happened to me about 5 minutes ago and nothing would load. this is a brand new router aswell.

That may be the case, but i got this router only about 3 weeks ago so it is still brand new
