My wifi is not showing on the my sky app - have the Sky Max Hub - have uninstalled app and reinstalled etc etc - still not showing and all help links on sky just tell you to download the app!! I need to get to the parental controls etc (the only reason I upgraded to Sky Max Ultrafast (which is glitchy and doesn't feel faster than before) - can anyone help?
