@Rob0272 & @stmhighlands oncecthe systems pick up the loss of connection the service checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection will tell you if gherecis a known area issue and if it isnt after walking you through some checks it should offer to book an engineer to check your line.

With over 5 million customers it is certain that at any one time several thousand connections will be down at any one time  for different reasons. Outages sffecting large areas are extremely rare while faults on indivdual lines and faults on a few dozen or hunderss of lines are far more common so run the Service Checker to get your issue checked out.

If there was a major outage there would be literally thousands of posts in this forum.
