wi-fi not working

power and wi-fi light on green but internet connection light on still orange / amber. tried unplugging and re plugging back in, tried reset button, tried checking if wires are not plugged in properly, still the same result

I've exactly the same No wifi although saying all ok with green light. No devices attached cannot get hold of sky !

@Trudy10 & @lucyjane33 Loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance on the network. If that is the cause your service will be back up in the morning.
