wi fi cable has dropped from the pole to the house by 6 feet, it is affecting my internet connection and speed drops every so often.

@terance+jackson you need to report this to Sky so they can get Openreach out to sort the cable. To make that easy for you I have escalsted your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
