About 5 times tonight its gone off!
Deffo going to cancel my subscription, specially as they are putting the bill up to nearly £100 a month for tv and internet!! an its crap

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@lisa154 unless you have access to a different network than Openreach it is pointless moving to a different ISP as if as is likely its an issue with your line the problem will move with you to any itger ISP usingbthe same line.
