when signing up i stated i needed an engineer out for a phone line i have not been contacted for a t
when signing up I stated that I needed an engineer to come out and install a phone line. I have not been contacted with a time slot. The date they said would be 17th of September but in my emails that is just the activation date I need the phone line installed ASAP

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
