what is the next step?
I booked an appointment with an engineer to install my broadband in my house a few days ago, but ended up installing ONT in my house, telling me there was an external problem, and got this text the next day, what does that mean, I don't have any updates yet.

Re: what is the next step?
What would be typical for undesground installs would be congested ducts although that would typically be in the notes

Re: Table
No need for a separate thread. Just stick to this one… however… your image was rejected as it contains the full postal address. Feel free to resubmit it with the address blocked out.,

Re: what is the next step?
Your original image shows a slightly unusual internal CSP (the grey box) and a truly lousy ONT location if that left-hand surface is a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dryer or washing machine.
Unforunately it's impossible to tell if the incoming optical cable is in place (presumably not) or whereit's supposed to be coming from: the BT Wholesale lookup indicates Openreach has a record of an existing grey or black standard circular duct (i.e. a pipe) arriving at the address.
