weak wifi upon installation

activated today...connected ok initially but later shows very weak wi fi signal or 'no internet'....sky tests say all good but it's not usable as is! (having to use 4g dongle to send this)

@hilary41 What is it like if you are in close proximity to the sky Hub, does everything appear fine!

just tried that with phone....it went weaker when closer to hub andswitched to 4 and 5g!
