was missled and had my compansation refused as they lie
what should be the best course of action as i do not lie and dont like liers and i was promised

@markaries30 Sky operate the compensation scheme recommended by Ofcom which is explained here Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
If you believe Sky are either not following thst scheme or a member of staff promised something else raiseca formal complaint How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com. Sky record all phone calls so can listen to what was said. If you dont like the answer to your complaint Sky give you you can then take the complaint to an indepedent decision maker approved by Ofcom.
