The Voice light on the Router is off.

Telephone crackling like mad.

Tried resest no good.

Tried reset 10 seconds no good

Turned of router and on again no good

The Voice light refuses to come on even orange does not happen.

@Pauldavies1111 Your post is very confusing with the detail you supplied.

Do you expect the voice light to be on in the hub, where is your phone pluged into at present, master socket or back of the router?
