very poor internet connection

Hi.

 

We switched from another internet to Sky 500 on January 9. However, I am disappointed with the internet speed, the children complain about the internet connection all the time and the TV is working slowly. It is worse than it was before. If you can't fix me, then I will have to give up Sky.

 

I am waiting for your offer.
