No broadband connection

I have had no broadband connection since Friday 24th January. My Sky app indicates that there is an outage in the Banbridge BT32 area. Is there any indication when the problem may be fixed as I need the internet for my work

As always with such outages there is no way to know how long it will be as it will be down to a third party, in this case Openreach, to carry out repairs.

 

You might be in line for compensation credit as per this:

The important thing to note is - "‘Total loss of service’ for more than two full working days after you’ve let us know"
