upgraded to gigafast not working

I upgraded my wifi to the gigafast package and i was told it could take upto 48hours before the changes take effect. Its now past 48hours and im not receiving my quaranteed speeds its below that

@Stacey52  You upgraded your broadband from what?   Where you on superfast or Ultrafast?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Please reboot your Openreach ONT & Router, then post a screenshot of a speed taken on an ethernet connected device at speedtest.net
