unable to order full fiber.

i am a former staff member who worked broadband. im trying to place an order for fttp but its not showing when i try to. iv tryed searching for a few addresses around me and full fiber is shoing for my nabours. i was wondering if i could have my account cleared up and prevous orders removed to allow me to process my order please.

@skullkidrae None of that will happen by posting on the forum, this is mainly a customer to customer support platform, you will have to call customer support to see why you are unable to order full fibre.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband type is applicable.
