How to get a new router from Sky

How do i get a new router from Sky asmine is now 8 years old.  They have the new wifi max router, but I do not see the vlaue of paying the monthly charge and want to udnerstand how to secure this for free as a hisotric sky customer

You will need to contact Sky so you can either do this via social media:

All remaining Q Hubs (from 2016) are being swapped out this year.
