@19crr couple of suggestions try using wps as explained here https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4641127-4645964-16 every Sky hub has a wps button usually on the tight hand side.
If you haveca white hub changecthe hub's WiFi security setting in the My Sky app to WPA2.
