@Diana77 What sky Hub are you using, a black or a white one, linked below if you need to go look at the name off the hub/hub's in use? Would also be helpful to know, one device, a group off devices, or ALL of everything goes at the same time! What do you see when you look at the sky Hub, do any off the lights change etc, or nothing appears to change as far as you can see!
