Hi, I am still experiencing intermittent issues with my hub and wifi... Can you please send a new hub ?

@sentinel  You are not talking to Sky we are customers like yourself. Can you tell us what issues you have been having? Is this connection issues or just problems with the Wi-Fi within the property?
